Alice Marie Bell

Alice Marie Bell, 94, of Hagerstown, died Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, at Waynesboro Hospital, Waynesboro, Pa.
She was the daughter of the late James M. McGinnis and Mamie Logan McGinnis of DeLeon, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer R. Bell; brothers, Thomas McGinnis, Joseph McGinnis and Van McGinnis of DeLeon; and sisters, Dorothy Davis and Agnes McGinnis of Dallas, Texas.
She is survived by a son, Robert J. Bell of Waynesboro; daughter, Marie E. Gilbert of Hagerstown, son-in-law, Kevin G. Gilbert; two grandsons, Robert M. Bell of Hagerstown and Conner M. Gilbert of Hollidaysburg, Pa.; one great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
During World War II, she served in the Womens Army Corps.
She was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church in Hagerstown.
Graveside services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
