Anna Marie Leslie

Anna Marie Leslie, 78, of Boonsboro, Md., formerly of New Carrollton, Md., passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016, in Meritus Medical Center.

Born on August 8, 1937, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Rayner A. and Louise A. (Goldsmith) Montgomery.

She enjoyed selling Avon, playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter Debbie Leslie McCaffrey and husband Kevin; a son, Thomas Clinton Leslie Jr.; beloved sister, Dolores Wheat and husband Will; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Donald and Ethel Leslie. She is also survived by three grandsons: Jason McCaffrey, Anthony Leslie and Nickolas Leslie, many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, all of whom she deeply cherished.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Clinton Leslie, Sr.; a daughter, Joyce Arlene Leslie; a sister, Eleanor Montgomery and a brother, Rayner Montgomery.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 10am at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel Hagerstown. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
