Anthony Patterson, Jr.

Anthony "AJ" Patterson Jr., 2 1/2 months, passed away Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Aug. 16, 2010, in Hagerstown, he was the son of Anthony Patterson Sr. and Tammy Eichelberger.
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by a brother, Jordan Miller, and a sister, Jada Patterson, both at home; maternal grandmother, Lisa Boggs of Hagerstown; paternal grandfather, Anthony Arthur of Washington, D.C.; maternal great-grandparents, Marlena Mills of Hagerstown, Earl Flook of Williamsport, and Walter and Nancy Barnhart; paternal great-grandparents, Walter and Ethel Lena Patterson of Washington, D.C.; and numerous, aunts, uncles and cousins, including Carnetta Patterson, Ethel Patterson, Ebony Patterson, Lawnell Wilson and Lawrence Patterson.
AJ was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Earl Eichelberger; paternal grandmother, Gwendolyn Patterson; and uncle, James Medley.
A funeral service will be conducted at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, at 11 a.m. with Chaplain Ginger Church officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to services
