Beverly Ann Lewis, 57, of Hagerstown, passed away Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born July 20, 1954, in Funkstown, she was the daughter of the late Edward Lester Sr. and Dorothy Irene (Allen) Reynolds.
Beverly was a homemaker and previously worked as a hotel clerk for Super 8 hotels in Hagerstown.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Scott Lewis; a daughter, Melissa A. Miller and husband, David Sr., of Greencastle; two sons, Donald R. Glaze Sr. and wife, Bambi, and Joseph M. Glaze and wife, Kimberly, all of Hagerstown; three sisters, Irene Wilcox and Patricia Henson, both of Hagerstown, and Bonnie Reynolds of Iowa; four brothers, Edward L. Reynolds III, Eugene Reynolds and Donnie L. Reynolds, all of Hagerstown, and Edward L. Reynolds Jr.; 12 grandchildren, Amanda M. Miller, David E. Miller Jr., Matthew R. Glaze, Donald R. Glaze Jr., Mark A. Glaze, Allison F. Miller, Emmanuel J. Glaze, Dylan E. Miller, Hope E. Glaze, Christopher W. Glaze, Elijah J. Glaze and Faith H. Glaze; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosalie Nave and Phyllis McKenzie.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with the Rev. Nancy Green officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
