Carly Alisa Russell, 27 of Smithsburg, MD went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, August 10, 2017.
Born February 4, 1990 in Lahdenpohja, Russia, she was the daughter of Steven and Barbara Russell of Morganton, NC.
In addition to her parents Carly was survived by her sister Christina Williams and her husband Bryce Williams of Fort Collins, CO; her fiancé Darrell J. Morningstar of Smithsburg, MD, her grandfather Charles M. Russell of Chestertown, MD and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother Dorothy Russell.
Carly was a graduate of Heritage Academy. She was employed at WCHDC as an Assistant Residential Manager.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11am on Friday, August 18th, 2017 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21742. Pastor Richard Russell will officiate.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the memorial service and again following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to WCHDC, 433 Brewer Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 301-791-5421.
