Carol Lynn Hafer, 66, of Hagerstown, passed away, Monday, December 27th, 2021 at Meritus Medical Center.
Born September 1, 1955 in Hagerstown she was the daughter of the late Ralph and June (Cordell) Bowders.
Carol had worked for over 20 years at Washington County Hospital and Meritus Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband Jim Wright II of Hagerstown a Daughter Angel Whisner and husband Dave of Hagerstown, grandchildren Allegra James of Philadelphia and Mekiah James of Hagerstown, sisters Brenda Hott of Sharpsburg, Nancy Lida of Funkstown, Mary Kay Gibson and husband Jim of Hagerstown, stepchildren Jim Wright III of TX, Michael Wright of PA, Donna Layton of PA, David Wright of Hagerstown, Scott Wright of Hagerstown, and Kristy Wright of Hagerstown, 64 step-grandchildren and 72 step-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother Curtis Bowders.
Funeral services will be held on at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 4th, 2022 at Rest Haven Funeral Home 1601 Pennsylvania Ave. Hagerstown MD., with Chaplain Angela Palle officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
