Hagerstown, MD Carolyn Ray Sprague, 69, of Hagerstown, passed away, Monday, May 12, 2014 at her home.
Born July 31, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland she was the daughter of the late Arthur L. and Doris P. (Hoerl) Myers.;
Carolyn was a graduate of Towson State University and was a school teacher for the Baltimore County Board of Education.
She was a member of the Bridge of Life Church, Hagerstown.
She is survived by her loving husband, William T. "Bill Sprague II; two sons, William T. "Bill Sprague III and wife Bevin Moon of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Timothy M. Sprague and wife Fawn of Laramie, Wyoming; one sister, Nancy L. Clayton of New Port Richey, Florida and one granddaughter, Minka W. Sprague of Laramie.
Funeral services will conducted on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Jim Davies officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 P.M.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Bridge of Life Church, 14 S. Potomac St., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
