Clarence "Ace" Nixon Davis

Clarence "Ace" Nixon Davis, 61, of Hagerstown, passed away suddenly at Meritus Medical Center on Wednesday, May 19, 2021.

He was born on August 22, 1959 in Allegany County, MD to Charles Davis (1962) and Margery Davis (1959).

Ace was blessed to have three additional loving parents, Francis Nixon (1975), John Nixon (2016) and Thelma Nixon.

He is survived by his dedicated wife of 35 years, Barbara Nixon, and his siblings, Charles "Duke" Davis, Judy Duckworth, Kay Mackenzie, William "Bill" Davis, Shirley Ann Davis (2004) and Margery "Tiny" Davis Wancowicz (1980). Ace adored all of his nieces, nephew and grand nieces; Charlie Davis, Tamala Davis Holt (2020), Donna Llewellyn, Angela Lipscomb, Amanda Davis Brown, Jackie Davis Browning, Madison Llewellyn and Haley Llewellyn, In-laws; Grayson M. Abrecht, Jr. and Bertha Abrecht, and brother in-law Grayson M. Abrecht, III.

Ace was an honorary member of First Baptist Church of Westernport.

His presence lit up a room and soon filled it with laughter. We are blessed for the time we had with him. No doubt, he has them laughing in Heaven.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
