Cody Gene Moser, 27, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Sunday, June 19, 2011, at his home.
Born May 17, 1984, in Hagerstown, he was the son of Gregory T. Moser and Beverly K. (Reed) Bowers, both of Hagerstown.
Cody attended Broadfording Christian Academy in Hagerstown.
He worked as a glazer for residential and commercial window and door installation.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepfather, Jeffrey M. Bowers of Hagerstown; his wife, Christiane A. (Irving) Moser; a daughter, Lilyann B. Clark, at home; a sister, Mandie R. Moser of Hagerstown; a brother, Aldine K. Moser of Hagerstown; five stepsons, William L. Jenkins Jr., Brandon T. Jenkins, Dylan L. Shook, Tyler H. Shook and Quincy I. Shook, all at home; a stepsister, Tressa S. Bowers; two stepbrothers, Todd J. Bowers and Brooks M. Bowers, all of Hagerstown; three nieces, Emily A. Bowman, Caitlin N. Moser and Alyssa K. Moser; a nephew, Cameron W. Bowman; maternal grandmother, Shirley V. Reed of Hagerstown; paternal grandmother, Patricia Moser of Boonsboro; and mother-in-law, Virginia Knotts of Charles Town, W.Va.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, William K. Reed; paternal grandfather, Aldine T. Moser; and his paternal great-grandfather, Edgar T. Moser.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2011, at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with the Rev. Mark C. Mooney officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
