Craig Arley Murray, 67, of Hagerstown, passed away, Friday, March 6, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family.

Born June 28, 1947 in Big Pool, Maryland he was the son of the late Dale and Fannie (Shives) Murray.

Mr. Murray was a sales manager for Montgomery Ward and retired from Specialty Advertising for Kaeser and Blair, both of Hagerstown.

He was a US Army veteran, serving with the 57th Medical Battalion at Landstuhl Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany. He was a member of the American Legion Dixon-Troxell Post 211, Funkstown.

He attended Washington Square United Methodist Church, Hagerstown.

Mr. Murray is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Linda J. (Miller) Murray; three children, Richard T. Murray, Robert C. Murray and A. Katie Mollo and husband Nick, all of Hagerstown; five siblings, Denver Murray, Linda Kunkleman and husband Charles, Galen Murray and wife Cindy, Leysa Burnett and husband Bob and Debbie Osborne and husband Chuck, all of Hagerstown; six grandchildren, Nathan Murray, Joe Mollo, Jackson Mollo, Evan Mollo, Austin Fulton and Wyatt Fulton; two great grandsons, Jayce and Weston Murray.

Memorial services will be conducted on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 5:00 P.M. at Washington Square United Methodist Church, 538 Washington Ave. Hagerstown with the Rev. Jerry L. Lowans officiating.

Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

Friends will be received on Monday at the church from 3 - 5 P.M.
