Cynthia Marie "Cindy" Brown, 60, of Hagerstown, passed away, Wednesday, April 10, 2018 at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pa.
Born June 21, 1957 in Hagerstown she was the daughter of the late, Russell Brown, Sr. and Ruth Sipes Brown.
Cindy had worked as a material specialist for the Sierra Nevada Corporation, Hagerstown.
She is survived by her daughter, Jamie M. Shekels and husband, Nick; two grandsons, Bryce and Ty Shekels; six siblings, Pamela J. Shelton, Russell "Buzzy" Brown, Jr., Debra S. Johnson, Randy E. Brown, Jeffrey L. Brown and Tammy A. Clark; numerous loving nieces and nephews and her beloved cats, Cautious and Curious.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Alan Myers officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 P.M.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Cindy's name to the Autism Society of America, 4340 East-West Hwy, Suite 350, Bethesda, MD 20814.
