Deborah Slick Lida

Deborah Slick Lida, 61, of Williamsport, MD, passed away at Doey’s House surrounded by family and friends.
Debbie was the daughter of the late William H. Slick and Joy (Rohrer) Slick.
Debbie retired from the banking industry in 2002. Debbie was an incredibly talented artist and after her retirement, she found great joy in many artistic venues including beading, painting, and mandala coloring. Also Debbie was known to not only welcome but enjoy the challenge of intricate jigsaw puzzles.
Debbie was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Hagerstown, MD.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Leroy Lida, Jr; daughter Amanda (Bishop) Burdick and husband, Mike; daughter Megan (Bishop) Dayhoff and husband, Jeff; and two grandchildren, Keegan and Kinsley Burdick, whom she loved with all her heart.
In addition, she is survived by sister Mayrene Moore and husband, Jim; sister Betty Jane Slick; step son Davey Lida, grandchildren Breonna and Davon Jones, and special friends who greatly enriched her life: Lona, Natalie, Cheryl, Linda, and Sabine and Twana.
Deb will be missed by all who knew and loved her, including her fur baby, Libby. She will always be remembered for her smile and her hugs.
Viewing will be private. A public graveside service will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 10:00am at Rest Haven Funeral Home and Cemetery.
