Dwight Lee Mummert, 66, of Hagerstown, passed away Friday, February 4, 2022 at his home.

Born on April 1, 1955 in Hagerstown, he was the son of Lois Lucille (Turner) and the late Lee Raymond Mummert.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Mother in law, Grace Huffer and Father in law, Roland G. Huffer.

Dwight graduated high school from Bob Jones Academy in Greenville, SC. He was a graduate of Shippensburg University where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administation and had taken some Graduate studies.

Dwight worked as an accountant with JLG Industries for 19 years. He was a member of the Redman Riders Club in Williamsport.

He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Shari Christine Mummert; Sisters, Lois Ann Mummert and Tonya K. Alber; Sister in law, Mary Ann Swope and Nieces and Nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 11 AM at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Pastor Casey Hurst officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, February 15 from 6-8 PM.
