Earl Melvin Faith, Jr.

Earl Melvin "Mel" Faith, Jr., 57, of Clear Spring, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Reeders Memorial Home in Boonsboro.
Born April 24, 1957 in Washington County, he was the son of the late Earl Melvin Faith, Sr. and Connie Lou (Sisk) Faith.
Mel attended North Hagerstown High School. He worked in the maintenance dept. of the Venice Hotel for over 30 years. He previously worked at the Hagerstown Laundry and had been a painter for several years.
He liked to work on vehicles and enjoyed swimming and taking trips to the ocean. He loved to spend time with his family.
Surviving him are his two daughters, Misty Plank and husband Jabie, Nicky Maners and husband Ronnie; three brothers, Rick Faith and wife Linda, Shawn Faith and wife Tanya, Steve Swope and wife Linda; a step son, Rodney Wolfe and wife Richelle; five grandchildren, Lyssa Davies, Morgan Plank, Trinity Maners, Hayden Plank, Riley Wolfe; his former wife, Karen Hahn; and 10 nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Melinda Dawn Faith.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00pm on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at The Good Shepherd Ministries, 19763 Longmeadow Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
