Edna Eleanora Dietrich

Edna Eleanora (Beeler) Dietrich, 92, of Reeders Memorial Home in Boonsboro, died on Wednesday, July 27, 2011, at Meritus Medical Center.
Born May 22, 1919, in Lemasters, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William Smith and Etta Belle (Zeger) Beeler.
She was a member of Grace Brethren Church in Hagerstown.
Edna was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Elmer Dietrich, who died in 1996.
Edna is survived by two sons, Ronald Dietrich and wife, Brenda, and Larry Dietrich and wife, Carolyn, both of Hagerstown; a daughter, Linda Pyles and husband, Herman; two brothers, Kenneth Beeler of Wadsworth, Ohio, and Donald Beeler of Chambersburg, Pa.; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Edna was also preceded in death by a sister, Hazel Blattenburg; three brothers, Herman, Glenn and Marvin Beeler; and a grandson, Ronald Dietrich II.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2011, at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with the Rev. Clark D. Carr officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
