Elsie Marie Randall

Elsie Marie (Green) Randall, 93, of Greencastle, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2015 at Williamsport Nursing Home.
Born April 17, 1922 in Georgetown, Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late John B. and Bettie T. (Morgan) Green.
She worked as a homemaker.
She is survived by her two sons, Robert David Randall, Jr., and wife Bonnie of Greencastle, PA., Daniel Lee Randall and wife, Cathy of Punta Gorda, FL.; a sister, Mary Blalock, of Springfield, VA.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, David R. Randall, who died on November 1, 1992; and three sisters, Frances Becraft, Virginia Workman, and Arline Brady.
A celebration of life party will be held in Elsie's name at 1:00pm on Saturday, April 17, 2016 at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, Hagerstown. A graveside service will follow at 2:00pm in Rest Haven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
