Glen Elwood Wise

Glen Elwood Wise, 85, of Hagerstown, Md. passed away, Friday, December 4, 2020 at Julia Manor Healthcare Center, Hagerstown.
Born July 24, 1935 in Hagerstown he was the son of the late, Helen Louise Knode. In addition to his mother he also was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Sandra Lee (Furgeson) Wise; one brother, Bobby Spessard and a great granddaughter, LeChe McDonough.
Mr. Wise had worked for the Frick Company in Waynesboro, Pa. and as a counselor at Brook Lane, Hagerstown.
He is survived by two children, Chester A. Wise and wife, Becky and Kathy Malott and husband, David; one brother, Tim Knode; one sister, Patsy Rusler; five grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and two on the way and a good friend, Bernie Rudisill
Friends will be received on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 12:00-1:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, no more than 25 people in the funeral home at one time, facial coverings and social distancing required.
A private graveside service will follow the visitation in Rest Haven Cemetery.
