William Brian "Bill" Kline I, 52, of Hagerstown, passed away, Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at his home.
Born December 12, 1961, in Hagerstown he was the son of Floyd Hubert "Bud" and Doris Jean (Funk) Kline of Hagerstown.
Bill was an auto body mechanic for Kline's Auto Body, Hagerstown.
He was a member of the Waynesboro Eagles; the Hagerstown Fraternal Order of Police; the Junior Independent, the Western Enterprise and Antietam Fire Company's. He was an avid dirt track race fan.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his son, William B. Kline II and wife Stacie of Hagerstown; two grandchildren, Kameron and Kasey; one brother, Randy Lynn Kline and Sheri Cross of Hagerstown; one sister, Debra Jean Kendrick and husband Michael of Hagerstown; paternal grandmother, Sarah Virginia Kline; mother in law, Alice Guessford; nieces and nephews, Michael and Sarah Kendrick and Megan Kendrick; great nephew, Hunter Kendrick, and Bill's K-9 companion, Blaze.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 33 years, Deborah Ann (Guessford) Kline on July 26, 2014; paternal grandfather, Floyd Hubert Kline, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Matilda and Benjamin Funk.
A memorial service will be conducted on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Jay Fretz officiating.
Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
