Jack Alexander Shutack and Sophia Marie Shutack, twin infants, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Meritus Medical Center.
They are survived by their loving parents, Bradley J. Shutack and Megan E. (Doyle) Shutack; a sister, Alexis A. Doyle; paternal grandparents, Walter and Joni Shutack; maternal grandparents, Rhonda and Robert Fitzgerald, Terry and Janey Doyle; paternal great-grandparents, Andrew Kalanish and Mary Kalanish, Theresa Shutack; maternal great-grandparents, Glen and Daisy Doyle; four uncles, Nathan Shutack, Walter Shutack and wife Elizabeth, Chad Disney, Terry Doyle; three aunts, Kirbie Ellison, Timberly Hawkins, Ana Fizgerald; numerous cousins; and other family members.
Jack and Sophia were preceded in death by their maternal great-grandparents, Jack and Alfaretta Disney; maternal great-grandmother, Sharon McKeever; and paternal great-grandfather, Walter Shutack, Sr.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:30am on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with the Rev. Mark Mooney officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
