Jane Louise Myers

Jane Louise (Bussard) Myers, 92, of Hagerstown, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 19, 2016 at the home of her son and daughter-in-law.
Born July 20, 1924 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Chalmers Smith and Edith Gordon.
Jane was a member of Lifehouse Church, in Hagerstown.
She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was the beloved mother of Edward "Chip" Bussard, Jr. and wife Julie of Hagerstown; four grandchildren, Kristin Downs (Steve), Mark Farrow (Jody), Benjamin Bussard (Kayla), David Bussard (John); seven great-grandchildren, Valerie Downs, Ryan Downs, Nicholas Farrow, Paige Farrow, Sophia Bussard, Jackson Bussard and Stephen Lehman. She is also survived by her devoted brother, Robert Gordon and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward Bussard; her loving daughter, Donna Farrow; second husband, Oscar Myers; four sisters, Thelma Seaton, June Hurd, Betty Lou Gordon, and Ruth Spikes; and one brother, Paul Gordon.
Services will be held at 1:00pm on Wed., Nov. 23, 2016 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Rev. Betty Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
