Janys E. Clevenger, 85, of Hagerstown, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2010, at Julia Manor Health Care Center.
Born Dec. 10, 1924, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late James Sidney and Georgia (Eikleberger) Clevenger.
She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hagerstown.
Janys is survived by a brother, S. Craig Clevenger and wife Ruth of Hagerstown; two nieces and two nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Rev. Bill Warehime officiating. Interment will follow.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, one hour prior to the service at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel.
