Hagerstown, MD Jean Elizabeth Nazelrod, 81, of Hagerstown, passed away, Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Meritus Medical Center.
Born in Hagerstown September 10, 1930, she was the daughter of the the late Imogene Moore.
Mrs. Nazelrod was a homemaker and a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Hagerstown.
She is survived by two sons, Jack Nazelrod of Hagerstown and Mike Nazelrod of Falling Waters, WV; four granddaughters, Amanda Renee Nazelrod-Wiles, Samantha Leigh Nazelrod, DeAdra Michelle Nazelrod and Kimbra Danielle Nazelrod; five great grandchildren, Camiren Austyn Jordan, Blaiden Glenn Jordan, Ashtyn Klair Jordan, Jayvontay Jamar Nazelrod and Benjamin Ryan Wiles.
In addition to her mother she also was preceded in death by her husband, Jack L. Nazelrod.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with the Rev. Louis L. Emerick officiating.
Interment will follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 7-9 P.M.
