Jeffrey Dean Jones, 65, of Thurmont, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at Meritus Medical Center.
Born on June 12, 1956 in Montgomery County, MD, he was the son of the late Bonnie Jean (Ritter) and Clyde H. Jones.
Jeffrey graduated from Damascus High School.
He was a contractor by trade and owned his own construction business.
He is survived by his best friend of 28 years, Dawn Jones, Daughters; Stacey Jones and Sara Jones both of Hagerstown and Amanda Sheets of Florida, Grandchildren; Addisyn Fitzwater, Gage Armstrong, Braelyn Daveler and Memphis Fitzwater, Brother Scott Jones, sisters; Pamela Anderson, Melissa Haas and Rebecca Jones and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 4600 Fairfax Dr. #900, Arlington, VA 22203.
