Jeffrey Lynn White “Whitey" 61, of Williamsport, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020 at his home, while surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born November 6, 1958 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late John Henry White, Sr. and Nancy Lee Holland White.
Jeff loved his time outdoors and trips to the river, he enjoyed sitting around the fire and spending time with his family and friends.
Jeff was the loving husband of Joni Kay (Fischer) White. He is also survived by his two children, Jessica White and husband Terry Greer, Jeremy White and girlfriend Tiffany Knott, brother in-law Charles Fischer jr. and wife Lisa Fischer and family, his step mother, Edie White; nine siblings, John White, Jr., Karen Jackson, Kathy Kelley, Kelly Carter, John White, Jason White, Tina White, Kim Myers, and Cathy Hauver; his faithful dog, Missy; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Henry and a sister Barbie, and father and mother in-law Charles Sr. and Donna Fischer.
The family will receive friends from 3-5pm on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 PA Ave., Hagerstown, MD.
