Jonna Lee (Cain) Lum, 75, of Boonsboro, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Dec. 24, 1934, in Martinsburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late John Cain and Irene (Stotler) Hurtman.
Jonna was a 1952 graduate of Mount Aetna Academy.
She was a member of Willow Brook Seventh-day Adventist Church in Boonsboro, and also attended Saint Andrew Presbyterian Church in Williamsport.
She retired as a purchasing agent at Oliver Homes in Hagerstown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Alvey Lum.
Jonna is survived by two daughters, Sandra L. Kent of Orlando, Fla., and Terri A. Long and husband H. Leroy II of Williamsport; three sons, Monty D. Lum and wife Sherry of Hagerstown, Marty W. Lum of Boonsboro, and William "Will" D. Lum and wife Alisha of Elkridge, Md.; a sister, Carol Huntzberry of Mount Aetna; a brother, Dana Hurtman of Falling Waters; 11 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Garnand.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with the Rev. Mark C. Mooney officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received one hour before the service at the funeral home.
