Judith Ann Howes, 44, of Hagerstown, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Meritus Medical Center.
Born July 5, 1968 in Hagerstown, she is the daughter of Delores Weddle.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Howes, Sr.; a son, Robert Howes, Jr.; three daughters, Tara Gipe, Tiffany Howes, Megan Howes; a brother, Timmy Weddle; her best friend, Lynn Bolden; niece, Latasha; a nephew, Michael; twelve grandchildren all of Hagerstown; and her faithful cat, Rusty.
Inurnment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be mentioned at a later date.
