Judith Louise Williams, 74, of Silver Spring, Md., passed away, Friday, May 10, 2019.
Born February 12, 1945 in Rockville she was the daughter of the late, Otis Winfield Watkins, Sr. and Marjorie Elizabeth (Jolley) Watkins. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by a brother, Otis Watkins, Jr. and a sister, Jeannie Bolton.
Judy had worked as a circulation manager for The Sentinel Newspaper in Gaithersburg, Md.
Judy was such a special loving mother and friend to all, who was known for her smile, kindness and unconditional love for everyone.
She is survived by her loving lifetime companion, Ray Harris; her children, Delphia "Doodle" Schriver (Tony Ordona), David Williams and Edward Williams; sisters, Joanne Weicht (Donnie), Betty Snowberger (Ted) and Wendy Young (Russell); grandchildren, Ashlee, Starlynn, Jonathan and MacKenzie; great grandchildren, Michael, Rylee, Nathan, Hunter and Weston and many nieces and nephews.
At her request the funeral service will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Judy's name to the American Cancer Society.
