Justin Darnell Green, 23, of Hagerstown, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018.
Born October 15, 1995 in Takoma Park, MD, he was the son of Jesynah Ruth Green and her husband Alfonzo Walton, Jr. of Hagerstown and the late Ricco Darnell Matthews.
Justin attended Boonsboro High School, where he excelled in football and basketball. He graduated in 2014 from North Hagerstown High School, where he enjoyed playing football.
Justin loved animals; especially his faithful dogs, Cujo and Scrap.
In addition to his mother and stepfather, Justin is also survived by two children, Josiah W.M. Evans and Jaydyn Darnell Green; six siblings, Kaylah Green, Alonzo McCall, Paryss Green, Jaughn Green, Karmah Green, Kareem Walton; aunts and uncles, Timothy Cruz, Rebekah Robinson and husband Terence Hooper, Peter Robinson, Jennifer Green and husband Robert Emert; a step-sister, Sontee Walton; the mother of his children, Kaylee Evans; numerous cousins including two of the three musketeers, Jerrod Green and Daryl Brown; and other extended family.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kitana Faith Green.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 5, 2018 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Justin's name to Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 PA Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
