Katheryne Pearl McNeal

Katheryne Pearl "Billie" McNeal, 87, of Hagerstown, passed away, Monday, May 6, 2013 at the Williamsport Retirement Village.
Born February 24, 1926 in Shepherdstown, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late, William E. Miller, Sr. and Mabel (Price) Miller.
Mrs. McNeal was a homemaker and a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Hagerstown.
She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie K. Smith and husband Gil of Boonsboro and Julie A. Reeder and husband Tony of Falling Waters, W.Va. ; two sisters, Lucille O'Brien of Hagerstown and Maguerite Shields of Elkins, W.Va.; one brother, Daniel Miller of Adamstown, Md. and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard Dean McNeal in July of 2010; one daughter, Linda L. McNeal in February of 1998; two sisters, Helen Foutz and Joyce Baker; six brothers, James Miller, William E. Miller, Jr., Stuart L. Miller, Guy Holland Miller, Lewis Miller and Thomas Miller.
Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 12 noon at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown with the Revs. G. Stanley and Stephanie Steel officiating.
Friends will be received one hour prior to services from 11-12 at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in "Billie's" name to the Humane Society of Washington County, 13011 Maugansville Road, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
