Kendi Nacala Henderson, 21 of Washington D.C passed away Sunday July 3, 2022, at Children’s National Hospital, Washington, D.C.
Born May 4, 2001, in Washington, D.C. She was the daughter of Perry Bryant Henderson and Stacey Henderson (Bowser).
She graduated from South Hagerstown High School class of 2018, where she was in the key club, Chess club, and played Lacrosse. She was also a member of New Joy Fellowship church.
Kendi is survived by both her parents, A beautiful daughter Naomi Wright, her sisters Acacia, and Perri Henderson, Her brother Kofi Henderson and her grandmother Peggy Bryant. And many aunts, uncles, and friends.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, July 17, 2022 at 12 PM at Highland View Church, 21600 Academy Terrace, Hagerstown, MD 21740. Family will receive friends one hour prior at the church.
Graveside service will be held Monday, July 18, 2022 at 12 P.M. at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown.
