Kitty Shaw Kauffman, 86, died at Autumn Assisted Living in Hagerstown.
Born September 9, 1926 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Harry Ross and Cora Elsa (Shank) Shaw.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Joseph Kauffman, who died on June 1, 1995; sisters, Amantha Conway, June Taylor and Carmen Eyerly; brothers, Harry R. Shaw, Ralph E. Shaw and Raymond W. Shaw.
She was employed by Fairchild Aircraft as an Executive Secretary. She was a member of Christ's Reformed Church in Hagerstown.
Kitty is survived by nieces and nephews.
There will not be a viewing or service.
She will be encrypted next to her husband in the mausoleum at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
