Larry Garland Gladhill

Larry Garland Gladhill, 85, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away, Friday, February 11, 2022 at his home.
Born March 12, 1936 in Front Royal, Va. he was the son of the late, Howard and Mary Katherine (Browning) Gladhill. In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Donna Marie (Moats) Gladhill; daughter, Jody Ann Gladhill; infant son, Jeffery Lynn Gladhill; infant granddaughter, Heather Ann Gladhill and a brother, Jerry Gladhill.
Mr. Gladhill graduated from Hagerstown High School and was a US Navy veteran.
He had worked as a welder for Penn Mar Trailer Sales, Bester and Long and Met-Fab.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Owls Club, Hagerstown and was an avid Baltimore Colts and Orioles fan.
Mr. Gladhill is survived by his son, Jason Scott Gladhill and wife Deborah of Falling Waters, W.Va.; two grandsons, Robert Talbert IV and Eric Talbert both of Hagerstown; two sisters, Susan Jenkins and husband, Bob of South Carolina and Lisa Nowak and husband Nick of Virginia.
A graveside service will be conducted at a later date at the convenience of the family.
Rest Haven Funeral Home, Hagerstown is assisting the family with the arrangements.
