Linda Diane Ardinger

Linda Diane Ardinger, 68, of Falling Waters, passed away, Monday, November 16, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family,after a lengthy battle with ALS. Born March 5, 1947 in Abington (Philadelphia), Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late, Richard Swope and Mary Lou (West) Swope Callaway. Linda retired as a warranty administrator for a local car dealership. She was a member of Rehobeth United Methodist Church, Williamsport. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Charles "Steve" Ardinger; seven children, Roderick Fritz and wife Michele of Pine Grove, Pa., Allen Fritz and wife Kathy of Fairview Park, Oh., Tyler Fritz and wife Tressy of Martinsburg, W.Va., Kristie Hoak of Hagerstown, Sherry Lewis and husband Tracy of Inwood, W.Va., Stephanie Davis of Hagerstown and Charly Diane Landon of Falling Waters; one brother, Rick Swope and wife Carol of Salem Or.; one sister, Bonnie Sellers and husband Steve of Chambersburg, Pa.; sixteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren and six step grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Robert Stiem officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 7-9 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
