Lloyd Calvin Heiston, Jr., 70, of Hagerstown, passed away, Friday, April 13, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown.
Born July 16, 1947 in Hagerstown he was the son of the late, Lloyd C.Heiston, Sr. and Catherine Alberta (Crabtree) Heiston.
Mr. Heiston was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was a civilian employee of the Department of Defense at Site R, near Blue Ridge Summit, Pa.
He attended St. Mary Catholic Church, Hagerstown and was a member of the L.O.O. Moose and the B.P.O.Elks No. 378.
Mr Heiston enjoyed NASCAR, football, gardening and barbecuing.
He is survived by his significant other of 40 years, Pam Scott; three daughters, Audrea Peck and husband, Mike, Catherine E. Heiston and Lily I. Heiston and fianc, Austin; two sisters, Penny Florek and husband, Stephen and Vicky Stouffer and husband, Steven; three grandchildren and one great grandchild; three nieces and one nephew and his beloved Akita, Kayla.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 P.M.
