Millicent Alene "Milli" Smith, 81, of Hagerstown, passed away from this life into the eternal care of her Lord on January 1, 2015.
Born August 18, 1933 in Ft. Valley, VA, she was the daughter of the late John S. Nicholson and Beulah M. Ritnour-Nicholson.
Milli was a member of Harvest Baptist Church in Hagerstown and was retired from the healthcare field.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald A. Smith who passed away on August 7, 2013; a son, William "Billy" Robinson; and three brothers, Carson S. Nicholson, Sanford H. Nicholson and Shirley M. Nicholson.
Milli is survived by two sons, Gary W. Robinson and wife Delores, Carson "Butch" Robinson, both of Sharpsburg; one sister, Armedda V. Owens of Cross Junction, VA; three grandchildren, Gary W. Robinson, II and wife Tara of Sharpsburg, Bonnie M. Robinson of Hagerstown, Patricia L. Robinson of PA; three great-grandchildren, Samantha H. Robinson of Hagerstown, Carley B. Robinson, Lexie N. Robinson both of Sharpsburg; two nieces, Linda M. Jessup of Springville, CA., Brenda Adkins of Stafford, VA.; and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Pastor James Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
