Marvin "Morgan" Torres, 47, of Frederick, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Unified Community Connections in Frederick, where he has resided since 2007.
Born November 12, 1969, he was the son of Don and Joanne Volk of Connecticut.
Morgan is also survived by his brother, Patrick Volk and wife Joana Yoo, as well as their two daughters, Olivia and Emily Volk. He also leaves behind many friends.
He attended the Human Development Council since 1999.
Morgan had a love for listening to music, especially classical. He enjoyed playing with his building blocks and looking through books and magazines. Morgan loved to eat; always indicating he wanted more. He also loved to aggravate his housemate, Miss Doris!
A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Rev. Robert Cook officiating. Burial will be private in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received one hour prior to and again following the service at the funeral home.
