Neva H. Brindle, 99, of Williamsport, passed away, Friday, April 24, 2020, at Homewood of Williamsport.
Born December 16, 1920 in Elm Creek, Nebraska she was the daughter of the late, Jacob and Emma Sutherland. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Theodore Wilson Brindle; six brothers and three sisters.
Mrs. Brindle was a homemaker and a substitute teacher.
She was a member of Van Lear Brethren in Christ Church in Hagerstown. Her hobbies included cooking and word games.
Mrs. Brindle is survived by two children, Barbara A. Nield of Hagerstown and Theodore "Ted" Brindle and wife, Amy of Portland Or.; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Private funeral services and burial will be conducted at Rest Haven Funeral Home and Cemetery,Hagerstown at the convenience of the family.
