Norma Eve Hogan, 74, of Hagerstown, formerly of Arizona, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Charlotte's Home in Maugansville.
Born August 18, 1940 in Williamsport, PA., she was the daughter of the late Victor Joseph and Hilda Mae (Brobst) Woods.
Norma was a retired elder law attorney for the State of NY.
She enjoyed golf and ballroom dancing.
Norma is survived by four children, Patricia Caro and husband Jeffrey, Gerard Hogan and wife Brenda, Michael Hogan and wife Lou Ann, Deborah Frechette and husband Stacey; two sisters, Roberta Niklewski, Linda Schuch and husband James; a brother, John Woods and wife Devona and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00am on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel,1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Chaplain Kibreab Gudeta officiating. Inurnment will be private.
Friends will be received at the funeral home one half hour prior to the service.
