Ollen Clifford Craig

Ollen Clifford Craig passed away Friday, November 11th, 2016 at University of Maryland Medical Center.
He was born on July, 27th  1989 to Roy and Susan Craig.
He is survived by his grandparents, Clifford and Martha Eardley.
He is also survived by a very large family and a circle of dear friends whom he loved so much.
He was preceeded in death by his grandparents, Barbara E. Eardley, Lillian S. and Ollen O. Craig.
Ollen was a brilliant person and his talent with numbers was incredible. He worked hard for the family business both with the onsite crew and measuring and delivering estimates.

He had a passion for music, both playing the guitar and appreciating every note of his favorite bands and musicians.  Ollen had a deep love of animated movies and art, and enjoyed spending time playing guitar and watching classic movies and TV with his father.
The movie he enjoyed most and that brought him much comfort and escape during his time in the hospital was The Little Prince(2015).

Ollen fought through many difficult times in his life and battled hard with depression. Despite all this, he stayed a loving and caring person. He never wanted harm or pain to come to anyone. His heart ached for the pain of others and he did what he could to help them. His family and friends could not be more proud of the person he became.
We will miss you so much Ollen, but we are happy that you can at least be at peace now. We will always love you and be proud of your strength and the love you had for the people around you despite your hardships.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at
Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Alvin Craig and Brother Greg Tyler officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
