Paul Webster Wade, III

Paul Webster Wade, III, 60, of 529 Lynnehaven Drive, Hagerstown, passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at his home.
Born on March 4, 1958, in Hagerstown, his was the son of Beverly JoAnn (Gray) and Paul W. Wade, Jr.
Paul graduated from North Hagerstown High, class of 1976, where he enjoyed playing basketball and football. After graduation he attended Nuclear Power School.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving 6 years on the submarine, USS Memphis.
He later retired from Mack Truck after 33 years of work and was a member of UAW Post 171.
Paul enjoyed golf and had fond memories of playing baseball for the Federal Little League and Jr. League basketball.
In addition to Pauls parents, he is survived by his brother, Patrick Andrew Wade; two aunts; an uncle; and nine cousins.
Paul will be helping to further medical studies by donating his body to science.
A funeral service will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Inurnment will be private in Rest Haven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may e made in Paul's name to the American Diabetes Assoc., 3120 Timanus Lane, Suite 106, Baltimore, MD 21224.
