Ronald Stephen "Steve" Turner, 54, of Hagerstown, passed away, Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at his home.
Born January 14, 1960 in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late, Donald R.Turner Sr. and Mary Virginia (Brezler) Turner Richmond. In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by his step father, Curtis Richmond; his wife, Hally Colleen (Rosenberry) Turner; two brothers, Daniel A. Turner and Donald R. Turner, Jr.
Steve was employed as a machinist for Am Corps Flexible of Hagerstown.
He was Baptist by faith and a member of the fraternal Order of Eagles Aries 694, Hagerstown.
Steve is survived by four sons, Ronald Stephen Turner, Jr., of Pennsylvania, Shawn Christopher Turner, Ryan Turner, both of Baltimore and Clayton Turner of Hagerstown; one sister, Catherine A. Baker of Hagerstown; one brother, Robert M. Turner of Hagerstown; five grandchildren, one niece and three nephews.
A Memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with the Rev. Mark C. Mooney officiating.
A reception will follow at the F.O. Eagles Club, 18 N. Locust St., Hagerstown.
Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Steve's name to the Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742 or to the American Heart Association, 415 N. Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21201
