Ruby M. Voyles

Ruby M. (Sypolt) Ambrose Voyles, 81, of Waynesboro, passed away Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born Dec. 26, 1929, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Earl Franklin and Goldie Elizabeth (Bond) Sypolt.
She was a member of AARP.
She retired as an aircraft mechanic at Fairchild Aircraft in Hagerstown. She had also worked for Lockheed-Martin Marietta, Northrop Grumman, and CMI.
Ruby is survived by her three daughters, Dianna Bonebrake and companion, Dan Barry, of Greencastle, Pa., Donna Stotler and husband, Larry, also of Greencastle and Denise Keener of Waynesboro; a brother, Charlie Luther Sypolt of Hagerstown; a sister, Nancy Lee Ganoe of Waynesboro; four grandchildren, Valerie Shew Grossi, Tonya Shew Fox, Vincent Eyler and Tessa Keener; seven great-grandchildren, Trinity, Gabriella, Amelia, Audrey, Isabella, Abram and Andrea; and her pet, Puff.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Virgil Ambrose, who passed away June 14, 1990.
The family would like to give special thanks to her caregiver, Missy Shoemaker, and hospice nurses, Pat, Robin and Raetta.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Chaplain John Winkler officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
