Russell W. Young

Russell W. Young, age 65, passed away on Monday, November 4th, 2019.
He was born February 21, 1954 in Camden, NJ to the late Theodore and Marjorie Young.
During his life he worked as a project manager with KG Johnson, displaying a wonderful talent managing plumbing and heating projects. Russell truly lived his life to the fullest through the simple pleasures of fishing with family/co-workers, chatting with friends/family, and being on a boat whenever he would get the chance.
He had an uncanny ability to make people laugh and was always known to be a loyal friend.
Russell is survived by his wife of 42 years Gwendolyn (Watkins) Young, his son Christopher Young; two daughters Laura and Samantha Young; one sister, Judy Pitt, and two brothers Michael and Peter Young.
A service will be held at Rest Haven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, MD on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 1:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Russell's name to the American Heart Association and/or the National Kidney Foundation.
