Sharon Renfro Reel

Sharon Renfro Reel, 83, of Chambersburg, Pa., passed away, Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Menno Haven, Chambersburg.
Born December 13, 1937 in Bluefield, W.Va. she was the daughter of the late, Robert F. and Margaret E. (Hyatt) Renfro. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Reel; a brother, Robert W. Renfro and a sister, Gail Newcomb.
Mrs. Reel was a member of the Greencastle Presbyterian Church.
She retired as a professional associate for General Electric Information Services, Rockville, Md.
Mrs. Reel is survived two children, Darrel F. Reel and wife, Sarah and Karen L. Holland; nine grandchildren, James Wright, Elizabeth Wright, Sharon Wright, Rebecca Harris and husband, Pat, Phillip Coleman, Sean Reel, Nikki Reel, Alexis Reel and Bryce Reel; seven great grandchildren and a brother in law, Jim Newcomb.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Greencastle Presbyterian Church, 57 W. Baltimore St., Greencastle, Pa. with Rev. Bob Cook officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown, Md.
Friends will be received at the church on Saturday one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Sharon's name to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Dr., Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202.
