Sharyn Kay Slagle, 75, of Hagerstown, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Doey's House.
Born on September 27, 1946 in Altoona, PA, she was the daughter of the late Janet (Lego) and Richard Slagle.
Sharyn started attending WCHDC’s Day services in January 1989 and in July 1989 was admitted into WCHDC’s Residential Program.
Sharyn is the first of seven children.
Sharyn was kind, helpful, social, pleasant, easygoing, bright, and cheerful. She was loved by many. She was friendly and welcoming new people.
She liked Scooby-Doo, going out to eat, giving kisses to those she loved, receiving letters from her mom, and relaxing.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
