Shirley Delano Kile

Shirley Delano (Donivan) Kile, 79, of Hagerstown, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at her home, while surrounded by her loving family.
Born April 8, 1937 in Mt. Union, PA., she was the daughter of the late Jake and Lilly May Donivan.
Shirley attended Everett Senior High School in Everett, PA.
She worked as a waitress for the Green Lantern Restaurant in Hagerstown. She went on to retire from the Washington County Hospital, in the Environmental Services Dept., after 15 years.
She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and taking care of her family. She loved every minute of their company and will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Herbert Eugene Kile, who died June 25, 2002; an infant daughter, Amy; a great-grandson, Johnathan; and 11 siblings.
Shirley is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Neff; three grandchildren, Douglas Vaughn and partner Holly Bingham, Delanna Shank and husband Brian Shank, Shaylia Foltz; nine great-grandchildren, Cutler Bingham, Bryn Bingham, Malia Vaughn, Chance Dewease, Dylan Womack, Gavin Womack, Kileah Shank, Briellah Shank, Quinten Murray; and one sister.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, February 20, 2017 in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Mr. Keith Hartman officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4-6pm on Sunday and again one hour before the services at Rest Haven Funeral Home, same address.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Shirley's name to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
