Shirley Louise Hilliard

Shirley Louise Hilliard, 81, of Williamsport, passed away, Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born March 28, 1936 in Hagerstown she was the daughter of the late, Edgar Harry and Louella May (Griffith) Arvin. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by three siblings, E. Wayne Arvin, Richard G. Arvin and June M. Wallech.
Mrs. Hilliard had worked in housekeeping at Homewood of Williamsport and was a member of Harvest Baptist Church, Hagerstown.
She is survived by five children, Thomas E. Condon and wife, Marilyn, Sherry M. Rourke, Carlton L. Hilliard, Jr., Robert D. Hilliard and William J. Hilliard and fiance, Cherie N. Bussard; six siblings, James Arvin, Margaret Harbaugh, Barbara Handwerk, Donna Smith, Linda Boward and Sharon Mackereth; seventeen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor James Moore officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received on Friday from 7-9 P.M. at the funeral home.
