Susan Lynne (Ferguson) King, 62, of Keedysville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 18, 2018, along with her husband, David Robert King.
Born May 1, 1956, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Alice (Webb) Ferguson Mowen of Chambersburg and the late Clifford Ferguson.
Susan was a 1974 graduate of Greencastle High School.
She held various positions at Meritus Medical Center for 43 years, starting when she was 19 years old.
Susan loved all animals as well as gardening and fishing with her husband.
In addition to her mother, she is also survived by her stepfather, Clifford Mowen; a brother, Dennis Webb and his wife Marie of Chambersburg; several cousins; a host of friends; and her faithful pets.
Susan was also preceded in death by a nephew, Mason Webb.
A funeral service for her and her husband will be conducted at 1:00pm on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for them Monday evening at Rest Haven from 5-7pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Susan and David's name to Rest Haven Funeral Home.
