Suzy Lee Call, 49, of Hagerstown, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 18, 2020, at Doey's House, Hagerstown, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born January 24, 1971 in Gaithersburg, Md. she was the daughter of Mable (Russell) Cox of Germantown, Md. and the late, Dewey Cox, Sr. In addition to her father she also was preceded in death by 3 siblings.
Suzy was a graduate of the University of Maryland where she received a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
She was a dedicated and highly respected employee for Shapiro and Duncan Inc., mechanical contractors in Rockville, Md.
Suzy was a faithful member of Harvest Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and choir member.
In addition to her mother she also is survived by one brother and her Harvest Baptist Church family.
Due to the current social distancing requirements a private graveside service will be conducted in Rest Haven Cemetery at the convenience of the family with Pastor James Moore officiating.
A memorial service will be conducted and announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Suzy's name to Harvest Baptist Church, 951 Woodland Way, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
Rest Haven Funeral Home, Hagerstown is assisting the family with the arrangements.
