Terry Ragan Moore

Terry R. Moore, 80, of Hagerstown, went into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, May 14, 2017.
Born on March 18, 1937 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Regina Catherine (Trumpower) and Raymond Ragan Moore. In addition to his parents, Terry is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Rachel Cecelia (Patterson) Moore and an infant sister, Peggy Joann Moore.
Terry was a graduate of Hagerstown High School, class of 1955. He was also a member of The Good Shepherd Ministries, retired from CSX as an engineer and served in the US Army.
Terry is survived by one son Terry D. Moore of Hagerstown; two daughters Lisa D. Chaney and husband Charlie of Hagerstown, Michele D. Moore, of Hagerstown; one sister Sandra J. Trigger of Hagerstown; one brother Keith Moore of Salisbury, NC; 5 granddaughters, Lindsey Moore, Shelby Steele, Brittany Moore, Katelyn Steele, and Brianna Moore and one great grandson, Cameron Tibbs, Jr.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, Inc. 1601 Pennsylvania ave. Hagerstown, with Pastor Steve McCullough officiating.
Friends and family will be received one hour prior to services.
Interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery.
